Mr. Kirti has held distinguished leadership positions in the banking sector, notably serving as the Regional Head of Axis Bank for the East Region. In this role, he oversaw an extensive network in 14 states, demonstrating exceptional capability in managing complex operations, leading large teams, and delivering consistent business growth at scale. His tenure reflects a strong command over strategic execution, operational excellence, and high-performance leadership.
Further strengthening his leadership foundation, Mr. Kirti has undergone advanced leadership training at INSEAD, Paris, one of the world’s leading business schools. This global exposure has equipped him with a forward-thinking approach, blending international business perspectives with strong governance and innovation-driven strategies.
Transitioning from banking into broader financial and business domains, Mr. Kirti developed deep expertise in capital management, investment strategies, and organizational growth. His proficiency in public relations and stakeholder management has enabled him to build strong partnerships and foster trust across industries.

Ayaskant Mohanty
Ayaskant Mohanty is a seasoned professional with a diverse and well-rounded career spanning banking, retail, and infrastructure development. He holds a Post Graduate degree in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from Utkal University, equipping him with a strong foundation in human capital management and organizational development.
He began his professional journey in the banking sector, where he served with Axis Bank for over 18 years. During this tenure, he developed deep expertise in financial services, branch operations, and customer relationship management, consistently contributing to business performance and operational efficiency.
In 2018, Mr. Mohanty transitioned from the banking industry to pursue entrepreneurial ventures, marking the beginning of a dynamic phase in his career. Over the past several years, he has built significant experience in the retail sector, successfully managing operations and demonstrating strong business and commercial acumen.
Further expanding his portfolio, he has spent over four years in the construction and infrastructure space, playing an active role in the development of residential apartment projects as well as the execution of government contracts. His involvement in these sectors highlights his adaptability and capability to manage diverse business environments.
Currently, he serves as Director - Finance & Administration at a Captive Capability Centre, where he plays a key role in strategic planning, financial oversight, and operational governance. His expertise spans finance, administration, and human resources, enabling him to drive efficiency, ensure compliance, and support sustainable organizational growth.
